You may only submit audio, video, live recordings, and public links that you own, are authorized to process, or may lawfully use. You are responsible for following platform rules, copyright, privacy, and recording notice requirements.
Free, Plus, and Pro subscription minutes are issued monthly and deducted first, including on yearly-paid plans. Standalone minute packs remain with the account while the account is active. Usage is measured from actual audio duration, and cumulative usage in each monthly allowance period is rounded up to the nearest minute.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled before the next billing period starts. Subscription cancellation, minute packs, and refund requests are governed by the EasyScribe Refund Policy. Price, allowance, and feature changes will be communicated through the product page or other reasonable means before taking effect.
Automatic transcription, translation, and summary results may contain errors and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions. Users should verify results before publishing or taking action.
You may not use the service to distribute harmful content, bypass access controls, infringe rights, or abuse the system. Serious violations may result in task termination or account restrictions.
