Refund Policy

Effective date: June 14, 2026

This policy applies to the same account and entitlements used across EasyScribe Web and EasyScribe App. The actual refund channel depends on the original payment processor. Send refund requests to support@easyscribe.ai.

1. Canceling subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time in the EasyScribe billing center. After cancellation, the paid billing period remains available and the subscription stops renewing at the end of the period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period.

2. Subscription refunds

Within 14 days of a first subscription or renewal, you may request a refund for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, persistent service delivery failures, or where required by law. For billing periods with clear usage or substantial minute consumption, we may decide on a partial refund or no refund based on unused value, service delivery, and applicable law.

3. Standalone minute packs

Standalone minute packs can be fully refunded within 14 days if unused. If minutes were partially used, we may evaluate a partial refund based on unused minutes. Refunded unused minutes will be removed from the account balance; consumed minutes cannot be restored or refunded twice.

4. Duplicate, unauthorized, or abnormal payments

If you notice a duplicate order, unauthorized payment, or abnormal amount, contact us promptly with the account email, order ID, payment date, and issue details. To protect the account, we may require reasonable identity or order verification.

5. Requests and processing

Send refund requests to support@easyscribe.ai. We usually complete an initial review within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank, card issuer, or payment processor posting times are outside EasyScribe's control, and Stripe refunds can take up to 30 days in special cases.

6. App Store and Google Play

If an order was processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play, refund eligibility, request entry point, and results are decided by that store. You must submit the request through the relevant store. EasyScribe cannot directly refund payments controlled by app stores.

7. Applicable law

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rules, the applicable law controls. We may update this policy, but updates will not retroactively reduce rights for completed purchases.
